Dr. Larry B. Duncan - Pastor and Church Plant Leader

Pastor's Family Pastor Duncan comes to Jeffersontown Bible Church with 29 years of pastoral experience. He has served in three independent Bible churches during that period of time. Pastor Duncan trusted Christ as his Lord and Savior at approximately 11 years of age. While a sophomore in high school he sensed the Lord's leading into the pastoral ministry. Upon graduation Pastor Duncan attended Mid-South Bible College, now Crichton College, in Memphis, TN. It was there that he met his wife to be Susan. Larry and Susan were wedded between his junior and senior years.

After completing his pastoral studies at Mid-South Larry attended Grace Theological Seminary in Winona Lake, IN. He received his Master of Divinity degree in 1978 and entered the pastoral ministry.

During the 29 years Larry has been involved with a fellowship of independent churches callled the IFCA International or Independent Fundamental Churches of America. He has served on two church planting mission boards and has had exposure to this type of ministry.

Larry and Susan have five children ranging in age from 28 to 11 years old. He and Susan are very grateful to be a part of the church planting effort in Jeffersontown and look forward to meeting and establishing relationships with many in the southeast Louisville metro area.
